SUPPORTERS

We know you couldn’t complete this race without the support of family and friends, so we are doing our best to make the event more supporter friendly.

Supporters have two options:

1. Campervan option

Riders can hire a campervan and supporters can join them. Please note that all supporters MUST book a supporters package which allows access to the race village and its facilities as well as 3 meals a day. For more information, see the camper van section.

2. The B&B option

Supporters have the option of booking into B&B’s along the route. The full list of accommodation options can be found here. We suggest you book early as space is limited in some towns. In addition, supporters can book a Supporter’s package which allows access to the race village and its facilities as well as 3 meals a day.

3. N3TC drOp’ngo2C Supporters Tour

N3TC are hosting supporters through the drOp’ngo2c Supporters Tour.  Please be aware that supporters need to register for this tour.  Limited space is available! The N3TC drOp’ngo2c Supporters Tour is the only way to see riders on parts of the route. This is a self-drive, guided tour linked to the event. It will include a daily light breakfast/brunch and a stop at one of the Water Points to see riders and a general tour of the joBerg2c route without affecting riders. You will get to see South Africa from a different perspective hosted by a dedicated N3TC tour guide. The tour will feature some interesting stops, activities at selected N3 Gateway partners involved in arts and crafts, and some retail therapy.

This is separate from the supporters package. The supporters package will be required if you would like access to the race villages.

NOTE:  The N3TC drOp’ngo2c Tour bookings will open soon.  There will be a nominal donation/registration fee of R1150 per person.  These funds will be donated to Free State Care in Action After Care Centre.  Proof of payment needs to be submitted to isabelp@n3tc.co.za
